Local customers receive a 2–3 hour delivery window, scheduled 1–2 days in advance for your convenience.

In areas where full white glove service isn't available, we deliver to your doorstep or building entrance. In-home setup is not included with this option.

Your furniture is built to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed.

Order Ships

You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Scheduled

When your order reaches the local hub, you'll be contacted 1–2 days ahead to set your appointment.

Delivered & Set Up

Your furniture is placed, assembled, and inspected — packaging removed, ready to enjoy.

Transit time is typically 7–14 business days after your order ships. Deliveries run Monday–Friday during daytime hours.
