Order Placed
Your furniture is built to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed.
Order Ships
You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Scheduled
When your order reaches the local hub, you'll be contacted 1–2 days ahead to set your appointment.
Delivered & Set Up
Your furniture is placed, assembled, and inspected — packaging removed, ready to enjoy.
Common Questions
Absolutely. If you'd prefer delivery after a specific date or need extra time to prepare, we'll hold your order at our warehouse at no charge. Just let us know your preferred timing when you order, or contact our team anytime before your delivery is scheduled.
We strongly recommend measuring all doorways, hallways, stairways, and elevators before placing your order. Customers are responsible for confirming that furniture fits through all access points. If a delivery can't be completed due to access limitations that weren't disclosed, additional fees may apply.
Please inspect your furniture carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product itself, note it with the delivery team and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly. Photos are helpful when submitting a claim.
Missed deliveries may result in redelivery, storage, or carrier handling fees. If you know you won't be available during a scheduled window, please contact us as early as possible to reschedule — we'll do our best to accommodate you at no extra cost when given advance notice.
We deliver to most areas across California and beyond. Remote locations, commercial properties, or areas with limited carrier access may have additional fees or require special arrangements. Our team will confirm all delivery details before your order ships.
While we work hard to meet every estimated timeline, occasional delays can occur due to weather, high seasonal demand, carrier scheduling, or transit disruptions. We'll keep you updated if anything changes and work to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible.
